ABOUT SIRCA

The Sustainable In-Situ Remediation Co-operative Alliance (SIRCA) is a group dedicated to advancing research activities, remediation technologies and risk assessment on contaminated sites. Formed by Federated Co-operatives Limited in 2014, SIRCA will bring together researchers, co-operatives and industry to develop sustainable and economical solutions for practical applications.

A project management team will help assess and coordinate research activities. This team is made up of representation from co-operatives, academic institutions and regulatory organizations. It is currently chaired by a representative from Federated Co-operatives Limited and the Industrial Research Chair in In-Situ Remediation and Risk Assessment at the University of Saskatchewan.
